We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I’m If you are purchasing from us outside of the United Kingdom, please refer to your local tax laws as additional taxes/duties might be due in order for goods to be released from customs. OzCo. Watches is not responsible for the payment of these taxes/duties.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Despite the durability of our watches we recommend customers avoid submerging them in water. ATM is a measure of pressure and not indicative of depth capabilities. Given this recommendation, OzCo. Watches will not offer refunds if watches are damaged by exposure to water.
All of our watches are thoroughly inspected prior to delivery to ensure all elements are of quality and in working order. Our watches use the Miyota 2035 quartz movement and although this particular movement is famously reliable and should last at least six to 12 months, some batteries can deteriorate faster than others. Once the crown guard has been removed and the time set, watches should begin operating normally. If upon receipt of goods watches are not working, customers should email firstname.lastname@example.org. If batteries fail outside of the 30 day return window, replacing the battery will be the responsibility of the consumer.
